Today’s Menu: Sharp Cheddar Turkey Burger w/ Baked Fries
To start my morning off I prepared a Simply Potatoes Shredded Hash Browns and Meijer Diced Ham Skillet. I prepared the Hash Browns and made a bed of them in a bowl and topped them with some Sargento Off the Block Three State Cheddar Cheese. I prepared the Diced Ham as the Hash Browns were cooking. Then I put the Diced Ham over top the Hash Browns. Then I fried an Egg Sunny Side Up and topped the Ham and Potatoes. Love this Breakfast Dish! I also had a cup of Bigelow Decaf Green Tea. 86 degrees and very humid, also a couple of light showers. My Sinuses are running wild today! The high humidity and pollen count did me in today. Had a headache most of the day, just have to wait it out. Anyway for Dinner tonight its a Sharp Cheddar Turkey Burger w/ Baked Fries.
I bought a package of the Jennie – O Lean 93% Lean Turkey Burger Patties at Meijer the other day, and having one for Dinner today! To prepare the Burger I grabbed a skillet sprayed it the Pam and added 2 teaspoons of Extra Light Olive Oil, heated it on medium heat. When ready I added the Turkey Burger and cooked it for 14 minutes flipping it several times. With a minute of cooking time left I added a slice of Kraft Deli Deluxe Sharp Cheddar Cheese. And done! Served it on a Healthy Life Wheat Bun. Just love these Burgers, juicy and delicious!
I also baked some Ore Ida Crinkle Cut Fries. I just baked them for 19 minutes and done! Served them with a side of Hunt’s Ketchup. For Dessert/Snack later a 100 Calorie Mini Bag of Snyder’s Stick Pretzels with a Diet Dr. Pepper to drink.

Spray grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill over medium-high heat. Place burger patties on grill rack 4 inches from heat source. Grill approximately 15 to 17 minutes turning occasionally (2-3 times). Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
CONSUMER STOVETOP SKILLET:

Spray skillet with nonstick cooking spray or add 1 to 2 teaspoons of oil. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Place burger patties in hot skillet. Cook approximately 15 to 17 minutes turning occasionally (2-3 times). Always cook to well-done, 165°F. as measured by a meat thermometer.
