- 3-4 sweet peppers chopped
- 1/6 sweet onion chopped
- 1 Tb MCT oil
- 1 small squirt ( 1/2 tsp garlic paste)
Heat oil in skillet on low
Increase heat to medium low. Add veggies and garlic paste. Stir and let sit cooking in skillet for 12min. Increase heat to medium high for the last 2 min to grill.
Add as a side to your favorite dish, salad or inside of an omlete.
