Flat bread pizza is one of my husband’s and kid’s favorites. And I won’t lie I am not mad at it either. Pair with a chopped salad, crisp veggies, and dip, or your favorite pizza sides.

Regular pizza uses classic yeast style dough, where flat bread uses a piece of flatbread. Now, you are more than welcome to use regular pizza dough if you prefer. I love the easy of flat bread. 

I tend to buy flatbread when it is on sale and then toss in the freezer. So I can have all the items on hand for those last-minute dinners on busy weeknights. Or when I don’t want to cook.

Flat Bread Pizza Recipe

Yield: 4 naan bread pizzas
Prep Time: 5 minutes
Cook Time: 15 minutes
Total Time: 20 minutes

Flat Bread Pizza that is topped with pizza sauce, cheese, and toppings and baked to perfection. This flatbread pizza is a must make.

Ingredients

  • 4 Pieces of Garlic & Herb Naan Bread
  • 1 - 14 oz. Jar of Pizza Sauce
  • 16 oz. Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • 6 oz. Hormel Pepperoni (or your favorite toppings)

Instructions

  1. Place Naan Bread Flat on a Baking Sheet and spread about 1/4 cup of sauce on the bread.
  2. Layer with Pepperoni or your favorite toppings.
  3. Top with Mozzarella Cheese.
  4. Bake in a 400 Degree oven until cheese starts to brown, about 12-15 minutes.

Notes

Optional, you can also grill these for 10-12 minutes at 350 degrees.

How To Store Leftover Pizza 

You can store your pizza in an airtight container in the fridge or even a sealable bag. This is best when served fresh. If you do have leftovers feel free to eat cold or warm up in the microwave or on the stovetop for a fresh out of the oven texture.

Yes of course. In the recipe card, you will find the full instructions on how to cook this pizza on the grill. I have done this in the past and it is really good. Feel free to toss on charcoal, propane, or even a pellet grill if you need.
