Entry

According to variety.com, the light, honey-toned, long-planked wood flooring immediately brightens the home the instant you walk in the door. It leads you from the front door, down the elongated entryway, and into the openness of the rest of the living space. The front door boasts the same color and long wood planks with brass door handle. Skylights add to the bright entry and more can be found throughout the home, but the unique geometric light fixture hanging from above, adds to the light and brightness of the space, and to the beautiful decor theme that’s apparent from the entry room on.

Kitchen

The farm-style kitchen mixes cottage style white with warm wood panels in the cabinetry. A long island serves as a multi-function area for prepping food and eating, with three plush bar-style chairs tucked up under one side. The two canister light fixtures are a charming farm-style touch and the open shelving on wither side of the range give the kitchen a warm and inviting appeal.

Formal dining area

Directly behind the kitchen area is a deep-set dining area that is set apart and out of the foot-space leading to the living area. Wood paneling surrounds the dining inset area and more skylights make the space feel light and bright during the day, while yet another beautiful light fixture hangs above the long table that is finished with its unique tabletop decor pieces.

Living room

It may not be a huge living room, but it’s quaint and cozy, and it’s set-up perfect for entertaining and for admiring your backyard through the over-sized glass slider. A gorgeous single wood beam streams across the ceiling above, tying the wood from the rest of the home’s details, together. The white sofas are layered with colorful throws to add more color and texture, and the gorgeous built-in shelves make a beautiful accent wall and great way to display your favorite art pieces.

Master bedroom

The master bedroom is cozy and sophisticated. More light, honey wood planks line the floor while one wall is used as an accent, paneled and painted slate gray. S plush sofa sits at the end of the bed and is perfect for chilling to watch a little TV before bedtime. Large floor-to-ceiling sliding doors allow for all the natural light you could want, and access to the back patio and pool area. It’s a great view from your bed, not to mention, falling sleep listening to the pool fountain, just might be one of the most relaxing ways to end the day.

Master bath

More neutral tones flow throughout this stunning master bath that offers a luxurious, cottage appeal. At observer.com, you’ll see the master bath described as white marbled tile is all around, from the counter tops, to the walls, and all throughout the glass, walk-in shower. Dual sinks with gorgeous gold-accented fixtures top beautiful cabinets, and for the days when you just want a nice soak in the tub, how about taking one in this beautiful modern-shaped tub where’s plenty of room to sink down and soak your cares away.

‘Her’ walk-in closet

No fighting over closet space in this house. With dual walk-ins, there’s a his and hers closet and they are stunning. For Melissa, a luxurious, white and delicate look is perfect. Glass doors open up for hang-up clothes while open shelves and cubbies, along with pullout drawers, make up the rest of the storage space. There’s plenty of room for all your clothes and accessories in this closet, not to mention, space to figure out your wardrobe for the day.

‘His’ walk-in closet

The masculine look of slate gray fills ‘his’ walk in closet. A long cabinet and shelf area that is full of drawers, lines one wall and a bar is installed above for hanging clothes. Built in shelves, storage underneath, and a stool, make this a great space for any guy to keep his wardrobe neat and tidy, and room to get dressed for the day.

Outdoor covered patio

This is one of the most beautiful and serene back patios and yard-scapes of any home I’ve seen. The color choices, furniture pieces, even the outdoor bar and cooking set-up are so picturesque. Then throw in the beautifully manicured lawn and simple yet elegant pool off to the side, and you’ve got a relaxing and mesmerizing outdoor area. Whether it’s eating, relaxing in the sitting area, having a cocktail at the bar area, or sitting by the pool, no matter where you are in the yard, you are sure to feel relaxed and comfortable.

Pool and spa

The pool is sleek and modern and the water display at the end is breathtaking. Take a dip in the pool or sit in the black-tiled spa for relaxation, and do it all with the utmost privacy from all the mature hedges and fencing that surrounds the yard. What a great place to spend your summer days with the family, or all your celeb friends you’ll surely be entertaining here.
