The Kansas City, MO, home of David Glass, the former CEO and owner of the Kansas City Royals, is now on the market. Glass died in January at the age of 84.

Glass took over as CEO of Walmart from founder Sam Walton in 1988, holding the position for 12 years during the retail giant’s massive expansion.
After retiring in 2000, Glass bought the Kansas City Royals baseball team. The team struggled for years with mediocre play and inept management, but it eventually rebounded, making the World Series twice and winning the title in 2015. Glass sold the team in 2019 for $1 billion.
